This page is run by Regina, the person behind Lived Before Spoken, based in Singapore. Here is what happens to your details when you use it.

If you join my letters

You give me your email address. I use it to send you occasional emails on parenting, presence and Human Design. It is stored with Kit, the service that sends my emails. You can read Kit's privacy policy.

You'll get an email to confirm first. Every email lets you unsubscribe anytime.

If you get a chart

The chart is made by Neutrino, an outside service. The chart form asks for your email address and your birth date, time and place. These go to Neutrino, and they handle them under their own privacy policy. The form also has a tick box about emails, which you can untick. The chart only loads when you ask for it.

Please only enter a child's details if you are their parent or guardian.

If you just visit

This page has no advertising or visitor tracking of its own. Two things still happen, as they do on most websites:

• The company that hosts this page may keep basic visit records, such as your IP address.
• The page's fonts load from Google, so Google sees your IP address. You can read Google's privacy policy.

Other places I link to

My community and my Instagram are separate services with their own privacy policies. This page doesn't cover them.
